Over all resort very nice

Little bit tired hotel, needs renewing, but everything was clean and comfortable

The beds , unfortunately very uncomfortable and not related with the photos shown on the web.There were no plugs on side of the bed and overall the room we stayed there was only one plug . There was a wedding until 1 a.m at the hotel but I excuse that as they up-graded the booking to sea view room.

Included breakfast was very good, the location of the hotel is great, it has its own pool and access to the beach and had very friendly staff.

Beds were very stiff and unconfortable.

Breakfest is very good. Beach and sea are wonderful. The hotel is well located.

The cabinet of shower and shower are not good.

Just the location.

The rooms are dirty, and the bed sheets were not clean enough. The floors and restrooms were also dirty. There were no slippers provided in the room, and there was no door sign for housekeeping service or ‘Do Not Disturb.’ The hair dryer in the bathroom was very old and not practical. The toilet walls and overall room cleanliness were poor. Breakfast was average. The only positives were the room view and the location.

I liked that it was close to the beach

The rooms need upgrading, the mold on ceilings and tile isn’t good to look at. Also the air conditioner did not work well.

The hotel location is perfect to rest. You can hear only the waves at night. The private beach is sandy and shallow, perfect for kids. And the pool is very good and clean. Rooms are clean, breakfast is very nice. I suggest for families with kids, and who wants to rest a little bit.

Although the room is clean, the facility is a little bit old. Still the staff is friendly and trying their best. It is 10 min away from Chios center, Karfas still have restaurants. But you need to rent a car to reach hotel and see the whole island

The photographer did a brilliant job at making this hotel appear much nicer than it is:(((( The beach is small, only 10 sun loungers, the descent to the beach is inconvenient. Breakfast with a minimum set of products, tasteless cheeses, there were no flour products, only bread. The bar is dirty (see on the photos), the waiters can't keep up with the service. There was a hair in my salad. There is no lighting in the evening between the car parking and the hotel entrance (I did video, but cant load here). It was dark and you can't see the step that caused me to fall and twist my leg, scratch my hands and knee. My vacation was ruined.

All front desk staff especially night shift lady on Aug 28th. She was very helpful and kind.

I was expecting a nicer room which has sea view although I told the facility staff from message that it was our wedding

The facilities are amazing as they are smartly and nicely positioned on the natural landscape of the bay. I have really enjoyed that. The staff is nice and kind, especially the ladies at the bar.

The hotel could benefit from renovation in general. Everything was clean but a bit old.

Private beach is very nice. Facilities are good. Staff was very helpful.

our room wasn’t ready until 17:30 and the receptionist was very impoliteat the breakfast the coffee was horrible so we went out every morning for breakfast

Erytha hotel is situated 10 minutes walk to the center of Karfas where you will find few restaurants, shops and bars. We rented a car so we could visit sites of interest and enjoy some very beautiful beaches around the island. They have an extra parking near by hotel, so parking wasn't an issue. Our room was a deluxe room in the new wing of hotel and was very comfortable with a nice view of the sea. The AC was working well, the size was good and beds ok. The bathroom was clean, the shower could use an extra closing door, so water wouldn't spill on the floor, but we manage as it was. The beach and pools were very nice, quite, clean and with easy access. We tried twice the restaurant and food was good.

Breakfast was just ok, except for delicious loukamades, coffee not very good. Some times we had hard time to find towels to use for pool or beach, they could definitely be more organize on this front. Wi-Fi was bad.

Beautiful rooms with ocean view! The room was super clean and all the staff were so helpful, kind and accommodating.

Karfas was very nice location to stay with your family. Hotel is in the center of the village with own pools and beach. The breakfast was very nice with a lots of choices.

The beds are not that comfortable we got double bed but they actually two single beds joined together. Also the noise cancellation was not that good as we also had a family next door with small children we couldnt able to sleep one night.

Five star service. An exceptional hotel for the price. Beautiful beach, perfect for young children and two great pools.
